MATT RICHES

AUSCON EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER

Matt has over 15 years’ experience across supervisory, operations and executive management roles within the Australian civil, construction and utility industry sectors. His skills and experience in strategic and operational planning and governance ensures the continued delivery of change to Auscon project implementations and execution of high performance outcomes and quality management.

Matt is a member of the Engineering & Construction Advisory Board of the WorkPac Group, a billion dollar Australian private company and parent entity of Auscon Construction Group.

GLEN AVERY

NATIONAL GENERAL MANAGER

Glen has more than 20 years’ experience as a leader in the utilities and resources and construction sector in Western Australia. He is a licensed Electrician and has held the following roles Electrical Supervisor, Project Manager, Senior Estimator, Operations Manager and most recently General Manager, Glen has a wealth of experience within the industry from a trades perspective right up to overall operational management.

TIM CURRIE

BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER – INNOTECH

Tim has over 10 years’ experience working in construction and project management of civil and infrastructure works. As Business Unit Manager, he sponsors each project team, fully supporting successful delivery of each project. His career includes major project delivery in construction, fluid delivery & storage, earthworks, drainage, pump systems and HDPE pipework. Tim has delivered projects nationally, his most recent including Yandi YSP, FMG dewatering services and Roy Hill Process Water Dam upgrade.

KYACE WEEDING

BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER – IMMERGE

Kyace has over 10 years’ experience working in the industry as a team leader and electrician. Drawing upon his previous business management experience, Kyace works closely with Immerge’s delivery teams to ensure exceptional service standards and client-focused solutions. His ability to foster strong ongoing relationships with Immerge’s clients is testament to the achievement of these objectives under his leadership.

SCOTT ROBINSON

BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER – SITE FLEET SERVICES

Scott has over 15 years’ experience working in the industry with a vast range of vehicles and mobile plant. As Business Unit Manager, he works closely with each Workshop Supervisor ensuring that each facility is well-equipped to meet clients’ needs, and that high service standards are maintained. His skills and expertise are invaluable to the Site Fleet Services team in a supporting role when dealing with complex issues and diagnostics.
